Dr Thomas Koniordos

Entrepreneur and operator turned investor, Thomas brings over a decade of venture experience and a proven record of scaling industrial and technology businesses. He has led ventures at Oslo Venture Company, chaired Manta Marine Technologies, and held CEO and executive roles at Yara International and Danfoss.
At Telum, he applies the Danaher and Danfoss performance systems to help founders turn innovation into market leadership.
Abel Archundia

A global technology and cybersecurity leader, Abel combines deep operational expertise with decades of executive experience. He has served as CTO at ISTARI (Temasek CyberSecurity), CIO at Bayer, Novartis, and Cemex, and held leadership roles at Dell and Boston Consulting Group.
At Telum, he brings strategic and technical insight to bridge innovation, resilience, and commercial scale.
Leo Martinez

Innovation leader and deep-tech entrepreneur, Leo drives venture creation across Europe as EMEA Lead at Innovate Ireland. A former founder with a successful digital health exit, he holds multiple patents in artificial intelligence and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.

Former Global CIO of Allianz SE and Co-Chair of the Charter of Trust, Ralf brings decades of experience in cybersecurity governance and enterprise resilience. He also serves as Advisor to BSI and Senior Innovation Fellow for IT and Cyber at Allianz.

Carina brings over 20 years of international experience in marketing and brand leadership, having worked across Australia, Asia, and Europe. She combines deep expertise in digital communication and transformation, from startups to global enterprises.
At Telum, she applies a strategic approach to brand, technology, and people - building strong, sustainable brands in an ever-changing digital landscape. Working at the intersection of design and strategy, she drives growth through distinctive digital brand experiences.

Global CISO at Fresenius SE and former CISO of BASF, Ralf brings frontline experience in securing critical industrial systems. A former McKinsey Senior Expert in Cyber and IT head at Nordstream, he advises on operational resilience at scale.

A seasoned industrial strategist, Martin is Partner Emeritus at Kearney DACH and former CEO and board member at TransPak. He previously held senior partner roles at Roland Berger and Oliver Wyman, advising global leaders on transformation and growth.
